At 16 Art, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original documents, keys, and accessories. Vehicles that have been extensively driven, customized, modified, or purchased on promotion are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email and provide proof of purchase. Once the vehicle is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Partial refunds may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle or late returns.
Exchanges are only available for vehicles that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For any questions, our team is happy to assist you by email.
